Refunds

If a product is not right for you, we will refund it. No reasons needed.

How it works

1. Email cadencestandard.co@gmail.com within 14 days of buying. Include the email address you used at checkout, or your Gumroad receipt.
2. We confirm and start the refund in Gumroad.
3. Gumroad returns the money to the card or account you paid with. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Good to know

• The 14 days run from the date of purchase.
• This is a promise from us, on top of your legal rights. It does not take those rights away.
• If a file will not open or does not match its product page, tell us. We will fix it or refund you.
• For Audit Ready, which runs in its own app, the refund terms shown there apply.
