No. The Toolkit is eight tabs of working templates. The Playbook is the 90-day schedule for using them: which tool to deploy which fortnight, with what owner. Most buyers take both: the Toolkit for the tools, the Playbook for the implementation plan.

Do I need the Toolkit to use the Playbook? +

No. The Playbook stands on its own. The tool-shaped sections work with whatever spreadsheets you already use. The Toolkit pairs cleanly if you don't have your own templates yet.

How much time per week? +
