The Playbook · Cadence Six tier two
The 90-day cadence that runs your toolkit.
Templates don't change anything. A cadence does. The Playbook is the week-by-week implementation plan (what to do which week, in what order, with what owner) that turns the toolkit's templates into a programme that actually ships.

What you get
Everything in the Lean Toolkit, plus:
- → The 12-week sequencing: what to do which week, with the right tool at the right time.
- → Worked walkthroughs: a fully-completed example of every tool, not just blank templates.
- → Cadence calendar: daily huddle, weekly review, and monthly site-rhythm templates.
- → Owner & RACI templates: who runs what, who reviews, who decides.
- → Replays: what to do when a week slips. Because it will.
Why £197
The templates won't change your operation. The schedule for using them will.
A consulting engagement that delivers the same schedule costs £15k and takes a quarter to start. £197 puts the schedule on your shared drive in 60 seconds. The first 100 buyers pay £97 because the early-adopter cohort sharpens the next version.
FAQ
Common questions
Is the Playbook the same as the Toolkit? +
No. The Toolkit is eight tabs of working templates. The Playbook is the 90-day schedule for using them: which tool to deploy which fortnight, with what owner. Most buyers take both: the Toolkit for the tools, the Playbook for the implementation plan.
Do I need the Toolkit to use the Playbook? +
No. The Playbook stands on its own. The tool-shaped sections work with whatever spreadsheets you already use. The Toolkit pairs cleanly if you don't have your own templates yet.
How much time per week? +
Plan on 2-3 hours of leader time per week, plus the 30-minute daily huddle (which you should be running anyway). Less than most lean programmes demand, because the cadence is doing the heavy lifting, not another off-site.
Founding window: what happens at 100 buyers? +
Price moves to £197 evergreen. No discounts, no resurrects, no flash sales. The £97 anchor was for the first 100 only. Buyer 101 onwards pays £197.
Refund policy? +
14-day no-questions refund via Gumroad. If the cadence doesn't fit your operation, no hassle.
